カンボジアのサイトからE-VISAを申請しました。
何度も間違えながらも何とか申請出来た。
三日以内に返事が来るとの事です。
申請した時に来たメールは下記の通り。

Thank you, you have made payment on your e-Visa application successfully.
Your e-Visa application is now pending for the approval by an e-Visa officer at e-Visa office of the Legal and Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affair and International Cooperation, Kingdom of Cambodia.
You will be receiving an email of your e-Visa approval within 3 working days or early. Please check your email frequently.
You can use your reference and your primary email address to check on your visa status or to download your approved e-Visa certificate clicking on the "Check & Change" at our website or visit the URL link below:
http://evisa.gov.kh/CheckChange.aspx
Please kindly note that the payment you made is not refundable due to the regulation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
